Ouch

Last night after a somewhat hectic and chaotic day at work.  I proceeded to make the evening meal a rather basic meal of steamed vegetables and meat......
Things have been a bit busy over the last few weeks at work (not that I am complaining) hence the lack of needle and thread being together and the absence of current or even regular  blogging.
So I thought I might get my act back together and after tea..... Get stuck into my room and do a bit of tidying up and start a couple of secret swap items.
Now back to the evening meal.... the veggies are in the steamer on the stove top the exhaust fan is on low to get rid of the steam.........

DH is outside while there some daylight left, laying pavers out the back...... so all is well in the kitchen I go out and supervise (just wants he needs.... chuckle)
DH doing fine , I so Ii don’t need to put my opinion in but I will stay out here for awhile as it is one of the cooler evenings we have had for awhile.
The veggie are about half way done I  will just pop inside and check if it is time to prepare the meat to go with the veggies....... dam I should have put the exhaust fan on a bit higher as there is a lot of moister, running down the tiles at the back of the stove...... I put the exhaust fan on a bit higher and while I at it, wipe some on that moisture of the tiles.........
Now back to the title of this blog........ Ouch.... in less than a second ouch... ouch.... ouch.... a expression of feeling pain very sudden.

So hence once again no needle and threat passed through my hands last night.
Hopefully if all goes well tomorrow..... I have high hopes of potting around at the local garden centre for a few pots and plants...... and sorting my  table out in my quilting room. and working on a couple of projects......
Enjoy your evening    cheers Marc
